    Returns must include all accompanying materials, such as accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Without proper documentation, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or Special Orders: Any product with custom colors, dimensions, or specifications is non-returnable.

  • Final Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased as clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

5. Shipping Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
